Charon Software grants you the right to use this product on a per-developer basis. One developer may use an unlimited number of copies of this control in the development environment at any one time. This product may not be used by more than one developer in the development environment unless, of course, enough licenses have been purchased--one per concurrent developer. If you wish to license this control on a per-machine basis, the same thing can be accomplished according to the terms of this license. Just license the control per machine and you will have more than enough licenses to cover the above requirements. Also, you may install the product on a network provided that you have obtained one license per concurrent developer that will access the product in a development environment at any given time.
If this is a registered copy of the product, you may include the OCX file in your distributions. If this is not a registered copy of the product, you may not distribute this product with your application in any way.
Single and multiple licenses may be obtained by contacting NorthStar solutions at (800)699-6395; Charon Software has contracted this company to sell licenses individually and in volume.

Charon Software does not warrant or guarantee you uninterrupted service, the correction of any error, or the elimination of any "bug." No warranty covers the software program(s) which constitute this product. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
However, in the rare event that you do find an incompatibility or other other problem with this product, please email us at support@charonsoftware.com and we will probably be able to help you resolve such an issue.
You are solely responsible for any failure of the product that results from accident, abuse, or misapplication or alteration of the product. Charon Software assumes no liability for any events arising out of the use of this product. Incidental and consequential damages caused by malfunction or otherwise are not the responsibility of Charon Software and are hereby excluded from any warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, for property or other types of damage. In no event will the liability of Charon Software exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental and consequential damages.
